Just Grin Productions doesn't just play music, we put on a show. Although we can provide entertainment for a wide variety of events from corporate functions, to holiday parties, we specialize in making wedding dreams become a reality. Our professionalism is unparalleled as we take pride in what we do to ensure that your event is the best it can be. We work very hard to create memorable experiences for our couples and their guests. When it comes to entertainment and lighting, you really do get what you pay for. Although our prices may be higher than our competition, we know that we’re worth what we charge. We even offer flexible payment plans that work with you and your budget. We have experience in many different situations, which allows us to ensure that your wedding day runs flawlessly. We know how to get the party started and keeping it going. A good entertainer and lighting designer can definitely make all the difference. We’re not your average DJ company. Packages
We are asked quite often about the packages that we offer; however, we don't have the rigid "packages" that most companies offer. We believe that it is YOUR event and that YOU should be able to have it exactly the way YOU want! We really try to avoid the generic, cookie-cutter, A-B-C packages.
That being said, many of our clients have never planned a wedding before and don’t necessary know where to begin. As a result, we have put together a couple options to get you started. All options are fully-customizable and we can mix-and-match to put together the perfectly tailored package for your event. From wedding planning, to developing a timeline, to the ceremony music and even right through to last call, we are there with you every step of the way. Pricing for wedding entertainment can vary similarly to everything else you can buy. It's the same as anything, you usually get what you pay for. From a pair of shoes, a meal at a restaurant or even a new car, the pricing can vary, but there's a reason for that.
Although other companies in our industry may have similarly labeled options or services, we are constantly improving to keep ahead. We recently rebranded our entire company because other companies were copying us, from our upgraded services to our social media posts and even our name.
At Just Grin Productions, we feel that it’s your wedding and you should be able to have it exactly the way you want. All of our services are available to you a la carte. They can be personalized to fit your event, theme and budget.

Wedding Management (Month-of Coordination)
If you have done most of the planning, but want a professional to make sure that all of your dreams become a reality so that your friends and family are able to fully enjoy your big day this is the option for you! Beginning 4-6 weeks prior to your big day, we will work with you to create a detailed timeline/itinerary. We will walk you through all of the details and likely cover some aspects that you haven’t even thought of yet! We will be in touch with the vendors that you have selected in order to confirm details and ensure that we truly are making your vision a reality – from creating detailed timeline/itinerary for each vendor, to managing the flow of events and vendor team on the big day! The best part is that you will be able to sit back, enjoy the day and just grin!
Here are some of the responsibilities that are included:
- A meeting with the couple 4-6 weeks prior the Wedding Day to develop & review the timelines
- Attend the Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception
- Coordinate Wedding Party members
- Provide on-site direction of Ceremony, Photo Shoot (if needed) & Reception
- Review of Reception Hall layout
- Distribution of Ceremony or Reception items (Guest Book, Programs, Favours, Cake Knife, Toasting Glasses and/or any other)
- A Personal Emergency Kit on hand for any “just in case” situation
- Always willing to answer your questions or concerns, give advice
Full Coordination
Wedding planning can be overwhelming. If you have a busy schedule and the thought of contracts, meeting and choosing vendors, and all of the details that go into wedding planning makes you want to pull your hair out, our Full Planning Services are for you! We will assist you through the planning process of building what many couples call their “dream team”. We take the time to truly get to know you and understand the vision you have as a couple for your wedding day.
This includes everything in Wedding Management (Day/Month of Coordination) as well as:
- Assisting with theme development
- Budget preparation & management
- Preparing month to month wedding planning schedule
- Meetings on a monthly basis

Ceremonies
It is very important that the wedding ceremony be heard by all of your guests. We can provide music, instrument connections for musicians and a variety of microphones depending on the situation to properly provide accurate sound reinforcement for your wedding ceremony. We can also provide high-quality live streaming of your ceremony with multiple camera views and several layout scenes so family & friends can tune into your wedding ceremony from anywhere!
Dancing-on-a-cloud
We are now offering low-lying fog for wedding party grand entrances or for a couple's first dance. This neat enhancement creates a cloud effect that is absolutely stunning! Ask us for more details.
Uplighting
At Just Grin Productions we know how to make your special day a little bit better. Uplighting is an important element in room décor and setting the mood for the occasion. It can highlight the surroundings, draw your eyes to a prominent feature and accent an elegant hall. You've spent time selecting the right venue; now use lighting to maximize its impact. The uplighting can even change to the beat of the music later on in the evening to create a fun party atmosphere!
